NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reported today that the Buffalo Bills are signing veteran wide receiver Mecole Hardman to their practice squad.
Hardman is close friends with Miami Dolphins wideout Tyreek Hill, as the two were longtime teammates with the Kansas City Chiefs. Hill had a humorous response to the news that his former teammate was signing with Miami's biggest rival.
"Man went to the opps," wrote Hill in a post on X.

Hill followed up his initial post with a more serious reaction to the Hardman news.
"Happy for my bro he gone be a difference maker for Josh Allen watch."
Hardman is officially a journeyman, having spent the last few years bouncing around from team to team.
He spent the first four years of his career in Kansas City before signing with the New York Jets in 2023 at the start of the Aaron Rodgers era.
For a multitude of reasons, things never clicked in New York, including Rodgers missing the entire season with an Achilles injury. He was subsequently traded back to the Chiefs, where he won another Super Bowl.
Hardman stuck around in Kansas City, winning another Super Bowl and catching the game-winning pass in overtime against the San Francisco 49ers.
In 2025, the former Georgia standout has bounced around from team to team, starting with the Green Bay Packers and now the Bills.
Buffalo is in dire need of some juice at the wide receiver position, and they'll hope Hardman can get acclimated quickly and make a difference in the passing game with his blazing speed.
