Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa issues apology after calling out teammates image

The Miami Dolphins have had a horrid season thus far. It was a disaster from the start, losing 33-8 to the Indianapolis Colts in Week 1. They've had three very close losses, as well, to the New England Patriots, Carolina Panthers, and Los Angeles Chargers.

After the loss to the Chargers, Tua Tagovailoa called out several teammates. While not mentioning anyone by name, he blamed everyone but himself for the issues going on in Miami, saying players were skipping player-only meetings and not doing the things necessary to help the team get back on track. On Wednesday, Tua apologzied for those comments.

“I made a mistake," Tua said. "We talk a lot about ‘we gotta get this going,’ come in excited for work and forget about the noise — and I feel like I just added on to that for our guys.”

The Dolphins face the Cleveland Browns in Week 7. If they fail to win that game, we could see massive changes being made to Miami, including Mike McDaniel being relieved of his duties.
