The Miami Dolphins made sure to add some crucial depth to the offensive line on Day 2 of the 2025 NFL Draft.

After trading up in a deal with the Las Vegas Raiders, the Dolphins grabbed Arizona guard Jonah Saviinaea with the No. 37 overall pick.

Though the trade cost Miami a third-round pick, NFL.com's Chad Reuter gave them an "A-" grade for the selection.

"I loved the Dolphins’ move up for Savaiinaea; Miami needed to add a physical presence up front. Although Savaiinaea started at both guard and tackle at various points during his three-year college career, expect him to play primarily inside at the next level," Reuter wrote.

Adding to the interior offensive line was a major need for the Dolphins throughout the offseason. They made some subtle moves in free agency, but Savaiinaea brings plenty of upside to hold a starting role immediately.

The Dolphins still need to add depth to the secondary, especially with a potential Jalen Ramsey trade looming on Day 3 of the draft.

Fortunately, Miami has seven picks to work with on the final day of the draft.
