The Miami Dolphins have a type.
Of the three players who were on the cover of the EA Sports College Football 25 video game, the Dolphins now have two of them.
They already have Quinn Ewers, the former Texas QB.
Now, they have Donovan Edwards, the former Michigan running back.

Edwards was signed Friday off the Commanders' practice squad. He hasn't yet played in an NFL game, but he may get a chance with De'Von Achane hurting this week for the Dolphins.

As you can see above, the one guy the Dolphins don't have? Former Colorado Heisman Trophy winner Travis Hunter.
Hunter was the highest-regarded NFL prospect of the bunch, going No. 2 overall in April. Ewers was a seventh-round pick, and Edwards went undrafted.
If Edwards gets to play this weekend, he'll have a chance to prove he belongs in the NFL, potentially setting himself up for an opportunity heading into next summer, whether with the Dolphins or otherwise.
