Rams vs. Broncos in Super Bowl? Oz the Mentalist called it months ago image

It’s a big moment for Oz Pearlman, better known as Oz the Mentalist.

Whatever one’s feelings about magic, the renowned mentalist visited the Los Angeles Rams during the preseason and coaxed the team into predicting that the Rams would beat the Denver Broncos 23–14 in Super Bowl 60.

Using Matthew Stafford, Davante Adams, Kyren Williams, and Cobie Durant, Pearlman laid out the exact outcome of Super Bowl LX.

With fewer than three weeks remaining until the game, the prediction is still very much in play. If both the Rams and Broncos win on Sunday, they would meet in the Super Bowl. While both teams enter their conference championship games as underdogs — and Denver is starting Jarrett Stidham — the prediction remains alive.

The resurfaced clip has reignited speculation about how Pearlman pulled it off. Some have suggested Stafford was in on it, while others point to mental priming or cognitive tricks designed to steer certain responses or outcomes.

Still, voodoo or not, it’s difficult to explain how he correctly predicted the Rams and Broncos would be just one win away from the Super Bowl.

The Broncos host the New England Patriots on Sunday with kickoff set for 3 p.m. ET, while the Rams head to Seattle to face the Seahawks at 5:30 p.m. ET.
