Surprise, surprise — the Los Angeles Rams are good again. Sean McVay's squad, which has finished 10-7 in each of the past two seasons, has started the 2025 NFL campaign at 5-2.
As of the start of Week 8, Los Angeles sits in a three-way tie atop the NFC West. It's a perfect time for Matthew Stafford, Puka Nacua, Davante Adams and company to clock their bye week and get some much-needed rest.
For Nacua, it means getting healthier and staying off his sprained ankle. For Stafford and Adams, it means resting their aging bones and joints and getting prepped for Week 9.
Who's next on the docket when LA gets back on the field? The New Orleans Saints, led by Alvin Kamara and Chris Olave.
By all accounts, this should be a third straight win for LA. The Rams will be rested, they should have Nacua back, and they'll be at home against a team with a -61 points differential on the season (the Rams' point differential? +58).
