Matthew Stafford stands alone in a very cool NFL playoff record.
He entered Saturday's matchup with the Carolina Panthers having thrown for 300-plus yards in three consecutive playoff games. That was tied for the league record with Tom Brady and Drew Brees.
And then Stafford exceeded 300 yards on the road again.
The record is his and his alone.
Stafford needed every yard of the 304 he threw for. His final pass was 18 yards to Colby Parkinson for the game-winning touchdown.

Stafford threw three touchdowns in the 34-31 win. He also hit Puka Nacua and Kyren Williams for scores.
Now, the Rams move on.
Stafford has won one Super Bowl with L.A.
They were only the 5-seed this time around, but they have their MVP-level quarterback rolling. He could lead them to glory again if he keeps it up.
