The Los Angeles Rams' most important game of the 2025 is taking place on Thursday night as they take on the Seattle Seahawks.
Thursday's contest will determine who's going to be in first place in the NFC West. Currently, the Rams hold the tie-breaker over the Seahawks.
An elite offense led by quarterback Matthew Stafford may be short-handed for the game, as Davante Adams' status for the game is uncertain.
Davante Adams (hamstring) is listed as doubtful for TNF vs. Seahawks
Adams, 32, exited the Rams' 41-34 win over the Detroit Lions in the fourth quarter after re-aggravating a hamstring injury he's played through for a large part of the season.
He would never return to the contest.
With the three-day break in between games, this has played a factor in his status for the Rams' matchup against the Seahawks. Senior NFL insider Adam Schefter said that Adams is listed as doubtful for the contest.
If unable to go, the Rams will be without their top red-zone target. Adams currently leads the league in receiving touchdowns (14).
The elite-level wide receiver is averaging a touchdown per game while also 60 receptions for 789 receiving yards so far this season.
Expect head coach Sean McVay and the Rams to rely heavily on wide receivers Puka Nacua, Tutu Atwell, and Jordan Whittington, as well as tight ends Colby Parkinson and Terrance Ferguson.
