The Los Angeles Rams have an injury concern with star wide receiver Puka Nacua in the Week 1 game against the Houston Texans.

Nacua got injured in the second quarter of the contest after taking multiple hits to the head and was immediately taken off the field and to the locker room to be evaluated.
