The Los Angeles Rams have an injury concern with star wide receiver Puka Nacua in the Week 1 game against the Houston Texans.
Nacua got injured in the second quarter of the contest after taking multiple hits to the head and was immediately taken off the field and to the locker room to be evaluated.
This is obviously an injury worth keeping an eye on, as Nacua is hugely important to the Rams' offense. Prior to his exit, Nacua had three catches for 23 yards and one carry for one yard.

UPDATE: It looks as though Nacua might get back into the game. The star wide receiver was spotted on the sideline with his helmet, which means he has cleared the concussion protocol. He is also sporting a bandage on the cut on his head.
