The Los Angeles Rams are off to a terrific start in the 2025 season. If not for a blocked field goal, they would be sitting at 4-0. Despite that, they are 3-1 and look like the most complete team in the NFC West.
A big reason for their success is that quarterback Matthew Stafford is playing like his normal self, throwing eight touchdowns to just two interceptions through four games. This may come off as a shock to some fans, though, as Stafford dealt with a back injury through the offseason and the majority for training camp.
The cherry on top of the problematic cake was an ammortal chamber being brought to practice. And while it was said that the chamber wasn't just for Stafford, many pulled back their pre-season admiration for the Rams, and silly conspiracy theories began that Stafford was cloned. The star quarterback appeared on The Pat McAfee Show and made light of the theory.
"My clone is having a hell of a first four games," Stafford joked. "He's dealing to Puka right now."
The vibes are high in Los Angeles, as they should be. The Rams look like a true contender, and they are as balanced as anyone in the league.
