The Los Angeles Rams have one of the best one-two punches at wide receiver in the NFL.

Puka Nacua is the undisputed No. 1 wideout in Los Angeles, and he has one heck of a running mate in Davante Adams, who has been especially great in the red zone this season.

However, Adams is off to a slow start in the divisional round game versus the Chicago Bears.

Here's a closer look at what's going on.

Is Davante Adams playing tonight?

UPDATE: We're through an entire half of football and still no catches for Adams, and he's stuck on two targets, the most recent of which came in the end zone on Los Angeles' final drive of the first half.

It's hard to say what's going on exactly right now. It just might be one of those nights for Adams. What we do know is the Rams need to change it and get the veteran wideout involved in the second half.

END OF UPDATE

UPDATE: Two drives and still no targets for Adams. Meanwhile, Stafford has thrown to six different players, four of whom he has connected with.

Yes, Adams is active and healthy for the contest on Sunday night, but he wasn't targeted on Los Angeles' first offensive series.

While it's no surprise quarterback Matthew Stafford connected with Nacua multiple times, it was surprising to see Stafford throw to Jordan Whittington over Adams.

It shouldn't be long before Adams gets going, though.
