Why Daiyan Henley wears No. 0 for Chargers

The NFL started permitting the No. 0 to be worn in the 2023 season, and Henley chose to wear it right away.

Henley is a native of Crenshaw, California, and he never believed he could make it to his hometown team.

The Chargers eventually took Henley out of Washington State in the third round.

"Once it happened and then zero was available," Henley told ESPN, "and [my family] was telling me, like, I'd be the first one ever to [wear] it, I was just like, I got to go with the family's choice."

Henley certainly has made the number look good.
