The Los Angeles Chargers have an injury concern with quarterback Justin Herbert in the Week 13 game against the Las Vegas Raiders.
Herbert suffered an injury in the first quarter and is now heading to the locker room. It isn't clear exactly what he's dealing with.
Prior to his exit, Herbert completed 5-of-5 passes for 39 yards and one touchdown while adding two carries for four yards. Herbert will be replaced by Trey Lance as long as he's sidelined.

UPDATE: Herbert is officially back in the game for Los Angeles.
UPDATE: Good news, as Herbert has reappeared on the sideline. It looks like he's going to get back in the game.
UPDATE: The Chargers announced that Herbert is questionable to return with a left hand injury.
As The Athletic's Daniel Popper noted, Herbert has gone back to the locker room for further evaluation. Still no update from the team as of this writing.
