The Los Angeles Chargers have an injury concern with left tackle Joe Alt early on in the Week 4 game against the New York Giants.
Alt was injured in the second quarter of the contest on Sunday after a scramble by quarterback Justin Herbert and was clearly in pain as he left the field.
The injury is concerning to say the least, as the Chargers are already short-handed upfront thanks to the season-ending injury to Rashawn Slater.
Here are the latest updates on Alt.

UPDATE: The Chargers announced Alt is questionable to return with an ankle injury.
He was also spotted being carted to the locker room, which is a bad sign for his chances of returning on Sunday.

According to Daniel Popper of The Athletic, Alt limped off the field after suffering the injury. He was replaced by Austin Deculus.
