The Las Vegas Raiders have fired yet another coach.

According to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, the Raiders have fired senior offensive assistant Bob Bicknell, who was former offensive coordinator Chip Kelly's "right-hand man."

"The Raiders fired senior offensive assistant Bob Bicknell, per source. He was Chip Kelly’s right-hand man. Now, both gone," Pelissero reported on Monday morning.

Bicknell is the third coach the Raiders have fired in all, and the second on the offensive side of the ball.

Along with Kelly, the Raiders fired special teams coordinator Tom McMahon, who had been with the team since 2022. Of course, Kelly and Bicknell were both hired during the offseason.

"I am grateful for the opportunity with the Raiders, bottom line in this league you have to win," Kelly said to FOX Sports' Jay Glazer after getting fired.

"I really loved those players, I’m a huge, HUGE Geno Smith fan, that was one of the best parts of this experience for me, working with Geno and those guys every day. But hey, we gotta win. I get it,” Kelly added.

None of these firings have been a surprise, as the Raiders have been inept on offense and special teams all season long.

Las Vegas sports one of the worst offenses in the NFL, and the special teams unit has had multiple blocked field goals and punts.

The Raiders have not yet announced who Kelly's replacement will be, but that decision should be coming down very soon.
