The Las Vegas Raiders have an injury concern with quarterback Geno Smith in the second half of the Week 14 game against the Denver Broncos.
Smith suffered the injury in the third quarter after taking a hit from the Broncos' defense. He appeared to suffer a hand or finger injury on the play.

UPDATE: Smith has officially been ruled out with his shoulder injury.
UPDATE: Check that, the Raiders are now saying that Smith is questionable to return with a shoulder injury instead of the hand injury he suffered before.
UPDATE: Smith has now been pulled from the game with his hand injury and Kenny Pickett has replaced him. Smith is heading to the locker room for further evaluation.

UPDATE: Smith is officially questionable to return with a hand injury. More specifically, Smith has issues with two of his fingers.
Smith is getting checked out by trainers on the sideline and backup quarterback Kenny Pickett is throwing as if he's coming in the game.
