The Las Vegas Raiders finally welcomed back tight end Brock Bowers this week after a four-game absence.
Bowers suffered a knee injury all the way back in Week 1, but after playing through it for multiple weeks, the Raiders decided to sit him to protect their franchise player.
Bowers' return has been uneventful early on in the Week 9 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Here's a closer look at what's going on.
Brock Bowers: playing today?
UPDATE: Bowers is on the board with his first catch on the Raiders' second drive.
Yes, Bowers is active and in the lineup, he just hasn't been targeted yet.
The Raiders were able to move the chains on the first drive with two nice runs, but once Geno Smith started throwing the ball, the drive quickly ended, which limited Las Vegas to just five plays on the drive.
Hopefully Bowers gets going on the next series.
