The Kansas City Chiefs' season has gone from bad to worse over the past two weeks.

No playoffs, and their top two quarterbacks out injured, it was up to Chris Oladokun to save the day against the Tennessee Titans.

Playing his first NFL snaps in the regular season, Oladokun was 11 of 16 for 111 yards, while being sacked four times in the 26-9 loss as the Chiefs simply couldn't get anything going.

It was a bad outing, and for CBS Sports' John Breech, he didn't hold back in giving his grade for Kansas City's performance, handing out an "F" grade to Andy Reid's team.

"If you've wondered what the Chiefs would look like without Patrick Mahomes, this is it,” Breech wrote. “This was a meaningless game for a Chiefs (6-9) team that's simply not used to playing in meaningless games and it showed.”

Chiefs waiting for horror season to end

The Chiefs are in an unfamiliar position.

With three games left in the season, they essentially rolled over against the Titans.

Now with the Denver Broncos and Las Vegas Raiders left on the schedule, the Chiefs have two division games to end their year.

The last thing Kansas City wants is to go out with a whimper and get blown out, but you can make the case that the Chiefs are there to be curb-stomped.

Low on confidence, injuries piling up, and they can see the finish line.

This 2025 season has been straight out of a horror movie, and the Chiefs can't wait for it to end.
