The Kansas City Chiefs have an injury concern with tight end Noah Gray in the second half of the Week 12 game against the Indianapolis Colts.
Gray suffered the injury in the fourth quarter. The Chiefs tight end slammed his head hard against the turf while reeling in a pass from Patrick Mahomes.
