Kareem Hunt has been one half of the Kansas City Chiefs' backfield this season, along with Isiah Pacheco.
Even though he has crossed the dreaded age of 30, Hunt is having a solid season with 515 rushing yards, 114 receiving yards and eight total touchdowns in 12 games.
However, Hunt is off to a slow start in the Week 14 game against the Houston Texans. Here's a closer look at what's going on.
Is Kareem Hunt playing tonight?
UPDATE: Hunt is finally on the board with his first carry of the night. It went for two yards.
UPDATE: Hunt was surprisingly not on the field for the Chiefs' second drive. We would imagine he'll be out there for drive No. 3, but that's what we thought about drive No. 2.
Original Text
Yes, Hunt is active and healthy, he just didn't see the field on the opening series for Kansas City and instead Pacheco got the start.
The Chiefs' first drive didn't last long, either, so Kansas City didn't have a chance to rotate its backs.
We would expect Hunt to get going on drive No. 2.
