Hollywood Brown has been a key part of the Kansas City Chiefs' wide receiver room in 2025.
Through 12 games this year, Brown has tallied 41 receptions for 459 yards and five touchdowns, establishing himself as one of quarterback Patrick Mahomes' top targets.
However, Brown is off to a slow start in Kansas City's key Week 14 matchup versus the Houston Texans. Let's take a look at why Brown has disappeared so far on Sunday Night Football.
Is Hollywood Brown playing tonight?
UPDATE: Brown posted his first target and reception of the night on the Chiefs' opening drive of the third quarter. The play went for 35 yards, and set Kansas City up deep in Houston territory.
Brown is active and playing tonight, but has yet to garner a target. The Oklahoma product was noticeably open on a 2nd and eight play on the Chiefs' final drive of the first quarter, but Mahomes missed it and ate a sack.
We'll see if Brown can get more involved in the offense and help Kansas City rally back. The Chiefs' offense punted on all three of their possessions in the first quarter.
