For weeks now, we have known that Matt Nagy, the Kansas City Chiefs' offensive coordinator for the past couple of seasons, was looking for a head coaching job.
In an interview with the Tennessee Titans, Nagy wasn't successful, as the AFC South franchise went with Robert Saleh.
That means Nagy has to pivot, and it is likely that another offensive coordinator role is in his future for 2026.
But where?
Well, NFL insider Jordan Schultz has reported that Nagy has interviewed for the Philadelphia Eagles' offensive coordinator position.
This comes after the Eagles missed out on Mike McDaniel and potentially Brian Daboll. They are also interviewing other candidates, such as Josh Grizzard.

Could Nagy work in Philadelphia?
Of course, he could.
With Jalen Hurts, Saquon Barkley, Dallas Goedert, and DeVonta Smith (A.J. Brown could be on the way out), there are more than enough weapons.
Many fans online have pointed to the Chiefs' offensive downfall over the past couple of seasons with Nagy as a reason not to hire him, but a fresh start could be beneficial.
Granted, it is just an interview, and the Eagles appear to be pivoting after losing out on McDaniel and possibly Daboll, which would make any coach they now hire their third choice.
Still, it appears that Nagy could be on his way to the NFC.
