Chiefs' Travis Kelce makes football history only ever done in NFL by Jerry Rice image

Travis Kelce has just joined an incredibly exclusive NFL club.

Before the Kansas City Chiefs' tight end pulled up, it was only occupied by one man: Jerry Rice.

Now it's a two-man squad.

Kelce's feat: He reached 800 receiving yards on Sunday. It's the 12th consecutive season he's gotten to 800 receiving yards.

Rice is the only player before this who had gone for 800 or more receiving yards in a dozen seasons in a row.

Kelce hasn't been the player he once was. He's had three seasons in a row in which it appears he won't get to 1,000 yards.

But he's still having solid campaigns, and even with Patrick Mahomes out, Kelce was in action on Sunday doing what he could to help the Chiefs make plays.

It's not clear whether Kelce is going to retire, or if he's going to play the final two weeks.

But at least on Sunday, Kelce made some sweet history.
