The Kansas City Chiefs added a fascinating name to their roster on Wedneday.
You might not recognize the name Kevin Foelsch, but the tight end was signed by KC and has a cool story.
Foelsch played his college football at New Haven, a Division II school.
The 6-foot-4, 250-pound tight end caught 16 TDs as a college player.
He began his NFL career in 2024, initially as an undrafted free agent signee with the Carolina Panthers.
The Jets picked up Foelsch after the Panthers waived him, but he finally ended up with the Eagles.

Foelsch went on and off the Philadelphia practice squad throughout the season. He never got the chance to appear in a game for Philly.
The Chiefs have plenty of tight ends, led by Travis Kelce and Noah Gray.
They also have 2024 fourth-rounded Jared Wiley, former Packers TE Robert Tonyan and undrafted free agent Jake Briningstool out of Clemson.
Foelsch's best chance is probably to shoot for the practice squad, but regardless, it's a cool chance for him to learn from one of the best tight ends, one of the best quarterbacks and one of the best coaches ever.
