The Jacksonville Jaguars have an injury concern with wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. in the second half of the Week 7 game against the Los Angeles Rams.
Thomas was first shaken up in the third quarter of the game in London after he came down hard after going up for a catch on a pass from quarterback Trevor Lawrence.
Then, after re-entering the game, Thomas suffered another injury in the fourth quarter that appeared to be a shoulder issue.
Prior to his exit from the field, Thomas had three catches for 31 scoreless yards.

Brian Thomas Jr. injury update
UPDATE: Thomas left the field with trainers and his day will likely be done with only four minutes left, although that hasn't been confirmed.
Thomas didn't take a noticeably hard hit on the play he got injured on, so perhaps its related to his brief exit earlier in the game.
We'll update this page once more information is available.
END OF UPDATE
UPDATE: Thomas is back in the game for the Jags.
Thomas was able to leave the field under his own power but was down on a knee on the sideline and was clearly in pain.
It remains unclear what he's dealing with but we'll update this page once more information is available.
