The Jacksonville Jaguars have an injury concern with wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. In the first half of the Week 18 game against the Tennessee Titans.
Thomas was injured in the second quarter and was spotted going to the locker room. His exact injury remains unknown as of this writing.

UPDATE: Thomas has been cleared to return.
UPDATE: Thomas is officially being evaluated for a concussion, the Jaguars said. We're still waiting for a designation, though.
As previously mentioned, Thomas has gone back to the locker room, although we're still waiting for an update on what he's dealing with.
