C.J. Stroud is spending the rest of Week 18 on the sideline.
Davis Mills is in at QB for the Houston Texans against the Indianapolis Colts.
It's a logical decision for Houston given what's going on around the NFL.

Why is Davis Mills playing QB for Texans, not C.J. Stroud?
The Texans saw their chances to win the AFC South Division going away.
If they won Sunday and the Jaguars lost, the Texans would be division champs.
But the Jags were crushing the Titans, so that was slipping away for Houston.
All they had left to play for was a wild card seed of a spot or two, and they decided that wasn't key enough to leave their franchise QB in for the final two quarters of the regular season.
They already sat Nico Collins as a healthy scratch. It's clear Houston is looking ahead.
This was one more way for them to protect their chances in the postseason.
