Production has not come as easily for Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins during the 2025 campaign.
Through nine games, Collins has totaled 642 receiving yards and three touchdowns, but his per-game average for receiving yards has dipped to 71.3, as compared to the 86.5 and 83.8 marks he posted in the two years prior.
Collins is once again on track to have a disappointing performance in the Week 12 game against the Houston Texans, as he's off to a slow start.
Let's examine what's going on.
Is Nico Collins playing tonight?
UPDATE: Collins is on the stat sheet on the Texans' fourth drive after a 24-yard catch.
UPDATE: Two drives and still no targets for Collins. Houston's passing attack isn't doing much overall, as Mills has only connected on one pass and it went to Jayden Higgins.
Yes, Collins is active and getting snaps, but he has yet to bring in a pass from quarterback Davis Mills, who didn't target Collins on drive No. 1.
The Texans desperately need Collins if they're going to have a chance at beating the Bills, so we would expect things to change quickly.
