Micah Parsons isn't out there for the Green Bay Packers.

He tore his ACL last weekend, and so he's watching the game in Week 16 against the Chicago Bears rather than playing.

That does mean one positive thing: Parsons can weigh in on what's happening live.

That includes backup QB Malik Willis, who took over for the concussed Jordan Love in the second quarter on Saturday night.

Willis really has been a baller all season long.

He had to start two games for Love earlier in the year, and he won them both.

Willis is a free agent after the season, and he's setting himself up for a big payday.

And if he needs a reference, Parsons may be able to write him a good one.
