Packers fans are convinced Micah Parsons trade is coming for two reasons image

The Green Bay Packers have entered the chat in the Micah Parsons sweepstakes, and fans of the Wisconsin team are grasping at any nugget of information that might suggest a pending Parsons acquisition.

Well, how are these hints?

First, a founder of the Packers fan page, 1265 Report, Arrick Upton, tweeted flight information for a private jet leaving Green Bay for Dallas on Wednesday morning.

That came on the heels of another hopeful tweet from Packers franchise legend John Kuhn, who is now a sideline analyst on the Packers network.

Unfortunately for Packers fans, there has been no confirmation that Parsons will be visiting Green Bay via private jet, and Kuhn's tweet could have simply been an exclamation of his respect for the Cowboys edge rusher, who is in the midst of a contract dispute.

What sparked the Parsons-to-Packers rumors? The popular Twitter account RickyScoops posted that the Packers have a trade on the table for Parsons, along with a new contract worth $45 million. That was three hours before Kuhn's tweet and 12 before Upton's flight tracking.

There is no shortage of speculation of where Parsons will land in the aftermath of his trade demand, and we can assume Packers fans are not the only fan base to hope their respective team does what it takes to acquire one of the game's top defensive players.
