There will be a lot on the line for the Green Bay Packers when they take on the Chicago Bears in the Wild Card Round of the NFL playoffs on Saturday night.

With a win against Chicago, the Packers will advance to the Divisional Round for the first time since 2023 and keep their dream of hoisting the Lombardi Trophy alive.

But with a loss, the Packers will head home following defeat in the first round for the second consecutive season, which could potentially lead to some difficult organizational questions.

Jordan Love will play vs. Bears in Wild Card Weekend

Luckily, the Packers will have their star quarterback available for the contest.

After missing the final two weeks of the regular season due to a concussion, Jordan Love will be out on the field against Chicago. He was technically cleared for Green Bay's regular season finale, but the team opted to keep him on the sideline to preserve his health for postseason play.

Ironically enough, Love suffered the concussion during the second quarter of Green Bay’s 22-16 loss to the Bears in Week 16.

Despite not playing in a game for a couple of weeks, Love said that he isn’t concerned about any rust on Saturday night and that being a participant in practice has helped him stay locked in.

"I think still just practicing all week, staying locked in,” Love said this week. “Obviously suited up last week, was ready to go. But yeah, you know, it's been a couple weeks, but no it doesn't feel like that, just staying with it in practice."

Love will be seeking the second playoff victory of his career against Chicago. His first came against the Dallas Cowboys in the Wild Card round in 2023.

The playoff game between the Packers and Bears is set to kickoff at 8:00 p.m. ET from Soldier Field in Chicago.
