Micah Parsons picked up his first sack with his new team late in the game, as it turned into a complete laugher, with Detroit not able to muster much of any offense in the game.

Jared Goff finished the game 30 out of 38 for 212 yards and the touchdown pass to Isaac Teslaa and an interception. Detroit could not get into the end zone until 0:55 left in the game. Sam LaPorta finished as the top receiver with 79 receiving yards for the Lions. David Montgomery topped the run game with 25 yards.

Detroit will look to get back on track in Week 2 as it hosts the Chicago Bears. Green Bay will have a short turnaround, but remain at home as they take on the Washington Commanders on Thursday Night Football.
