All eyes are on Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown ahead of the team's Week 14 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday.
St. Brown sustained an ankle injury in the Week 13 loss to the Green Bay Packers that led to his early exit from the contest and leaves his status for Week 14 up in the air.
Thankfully, St. Brown has avoided a long-term injury, head coach Dan Campbell stated, but Campbell also noted that the Lions wideout could miss time.
Knowing that, let's dive into the details and see if St. Brown might play in Week 14.
Will Amon-Ra St. Brown play in Week 14?
MONDAY UPDATE: St. Brown's week is off to a bad start, as he did not practice on Monday, the team revealed. That's definitely not shocking, but it's also not a good sign.

We do not have a concrete answer to this question yet, and there are a lot of things at play here that make it tough to determine whether or not St. Brown will suit up or if he'll miss one or multiple games.
Lions head coach Dan Campbell said the team would be "lucky" if St. Brown's issue only lingers a week or two.
"So that's the good news, but that doesn't mean it won't be here for, could be a week or two maybe, if we're lucky," Campbell said.
NFL Network's Tom Pelissero noted that St. Brown has been diagnosed with a low-ankle sprain and is considered week to week. He is expected to avoid injured reserve, which means he shouldn't be out more than three games.
"Lions WR Amon-Ra St. Brown is believed to have suffered a low ankle sprain Sunday, sources say, and while he continues to be evaluated, it’s good news so far on his chances for returning sooner than later," Pelissero wrote.
"At this point, Amon-Ra St. Brown is not expected to land on IR and likely will be week-to-week as the Lions enter the stretch run,"
Then, we have to consider the fact that St. Brown is one of the toughest players in the NFL and has played through injuries before. We can never count him out until St. Brown is officially ruled out.
More good news for St. Brown's chances of playing is the fact that he has a full week to get right. That normally wouldn't be the case with the Lions having played on a Thursday last week, but this week's game falls on a Thursday, also.
It would not be at all surprising to see St. Brown play in Week 14, but if he does sit out, we wouldn't expect his absence to last more than one game, especially with Detroit getting a mini bye ahead of Week 15.
We'll get our next update on St. Brown on Monday, when the Lions drop their first injury report ahead of the game against the Cowboys.
