The Detroit Lions have yet another injury concern in the Week 4 game against the Cleveland Browns after cornerback Terrion Arnold was banged-up in the second half.
The injury happened in the third quarter. What Arnold is dealing with exactly remains unknown as of this writing. Amik Robertson is taking his spot.
This is the second injury in the secondary for the Lions in this game after safety Kerby Joseph exited for a bit with an injury before returning.

UPDATE: Arnold went to the locker room after exiting the tent. There's a good chance we won't see him again on Sunday.
