The Detroit Lions have an injury concern with right tackle Penei Sewell in the first half of the Week 17 game against the Minnesota Vikings.
Sewell suffered his injury in the second quarter and stayed down on the field after the play and was in obvious pain. The Lions are already without left tackle Taylor Decker, so this team can ill-afford to lose Sewell.

UPDATE: Sewell was able to leave the field under his own power, but he was walking with a noticeable limp. We know it's a leg injury as of this writing.
Sewell stayed down on the field after the play and is being looked at by medical staff. It is unclear what he's dealing with as of right now.
