Dan Campbell took some more responsibility onto his plate on Sunday.
The Detroit Lions' head coach was holding a playsheet on the sideline in Week 10, and everyone watching speculated that he had taken over play-calling duties.
Afterward, Campbell admitted that he had.
"It was just, let's try something a little different," Campbell said.

It appears to have worked.
The Lions put up 44 points in doubling up the Commanders in a 44-22 win.
Superstar RB Jahmyr Gibbs had a huge day.
The Lions had a big enough game that Jared Goff didn't even have to finish. Kyle Allen got QB snaps in mop-up duty.
Campbell doesn't seem likely to give up play-calling now.
It used to be Ben Johnson's role, but he's Chicago's head coach now.
This year's offensive coordinator is John Morton, but Campbell took over part of his duties this weekend, and it worked out for Detroit.
