Lions’ Amon-Ra St. Brown reveals shocking injury news that no one knew about image

Amon-Ra St. Brown wasn't perfectly healthy during the 2024 season.

Not that anyone outside the Detroit Lions organization knew that. St. Brown was his usual stellar self.

But on Thursday, St. Brown admitted that he had offseason knee surgery.

"I had a surgery on my knee after the season just to clean some stuff up," St. Brown told reporters. "So been rehabbing that, but I should be good to go."

St. Brown hasn't been on the field during minicamp, but he plans to be good to go for training camp.

The 25-year old is one of the best receivers on the planet.

In 2024, he had 115 catches for 1,263 yards and a career-high 12 touchdowns.

Through four seasons. St. Brown has averaged 111 catches per year for an average of 1,250 yards per season.

That's astounding.

At just 6-feet tall, St. Brown is just a technician who is always open and holds onto everything that is thrown his way.

The Lions will gladly trade an absence in June for full health come the new season.
