Detroit Lions wide receiver Jameson Williams is off to a quiet start in the Week 2 game against the Chicago Bears.
Williams served as the Lions' No. 2 wide receiver in 2024 in what was a breakout year for him. The former first-round pick totaled career-highs with 58 receptions, 1,001 receiving yards and seven receiving scores.
Following a disappointing Week 1 that saw him tally just four receptions for 23 yards against the Green Bay Packers, Williams isn't doing much early on against the Bears this week.
Here's what we know so far.
Is Jameson Williams playing today?
Yes, Williams is active and healthy and has seen the field already in this game. That said, quarterback Jared Goff has yet to target the Alabama product through the first few drives and has instead thrown to Amon-Ra St. Brown and Sam LaPorta.
But we wouldn't expect Williams to be quiet for much longer.
