The Detroit Lions are taking it all the way up to game time when it comes to making a decision about wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown.
St. Brown is listed as questionable due to an ankle injury after he didn't practice at all during the week. St. Brown sustained the injury in Week 13 against the Green Bay Packers.
UPDATE: ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reports that St. Brown gave him a thumb up on his way off the field from pre-game warm-ups and the Lions wideout will play in Week 14.
"Walking off, Amon-Ra St. Brown gave me the thumbs up that he is indeed playing tonight. Did everything in warmups," Fowler reported.

The latest update on St. Brown comes from the Detroit News' John Niyo, who reports that St. Brown is going through his usual pre-game workout, which is a positive sign for his chances of suiting up.
"Amon-Ra St. Brown going through his usual pregame jogging and workout on the field. Inactives not for another 30 minutes, though," Niyo wrote.
Here's some video of St. Brown in action and he's looking like a guy who's ready to go.

The Lions will drop their inactives around 6:45 p.m. ET, so we'll get a definitive answer on his status then.
Earlier in the day, the Lions elevated wide receiver Malik Cunningham from the practice squad, which could indicate Detroit doesn't expect St. Brown to play.
However, the move could've been made just in case and doesn't necessarily mean that St. Brown definitely won't suit up.
If St. Brown doesn't play, rookie Isaac TeSlaa will see an expanded role. St. Brown's absence should also mean a ton of targets for Jameson Williams.
