The Denver Broncos will have to call an audible on defense on Sunday when they take on the New York Jets in London.

Second-year edge rusher Jonah Elliss has been ruled out for the game due to rib and shoulder injuries, a tough blow to the defense. However, it gives the team a chance to see what fourth-round pick Que Robinson can do.

The Broncos selected Robinson with the No. 134 overall pick of the draft. He has been a healthy scratch in each game so far this season, but with Elliss out of the lineup, that is likely to change. The only other edge rusher on the active roster is Dondrea Tillman.

In five games this season, Elliss has averaged 25.2 snaps per game. It will be interesting to see how many the team gives to Robinson against the Jets. Elliss has played well for the team in spot duty, forcing several quarterback pressures and registering one sack.

Nik Bonitto and Jonathon Cooper will be the guys to continue to carry the load, but the true test of any championship-caliber team is its depth. This will be a good test for the team in that area. There is no other outside linebacker on the practice squad that the team could choose to elevate, so Robinson will get to take the training wheels off in London.

In four seasons at Alabama, he registered six sacks. He was a special teams player for much of his college career but still flashed pro potential. Many analysts saw him as a late-round pick in the draft but the Broncos took him much higher, a theme for the team in this past draft.

Robinson wears No. 51 and will be a player to watch for on Sunday against the Jets.
