Denver Broncos have 3 realistic trade targets starting to emerge before deadline image

As the NFL trade deadline of Tuesday, November 4, draws near, a clearer picture is starting to take shape concerning what deals would be made, at least as it relates to the Denver Broncos

Jonathan Jones of CBS Sports talked about how he feels the Broncos are a top contender to add a wide receiver ahead of the deadline. Courtland Sutton is a solid option, but the Broncos need a dynamic playmaker to be considered a true threat to win the Super Bowl.

While there are some huge names in the ideas here, they're not as realistic as other deals. Vinnie Iyer of AllSportsPeople touches on three names that have been connected to the Broncos in recent weeks and seem to be the players with the best chances of coming to the Mile High City.

Joel Bitonio, Guard, Cleveland Browns

The Broncos have been connected to a trade with the Cleveland Browns to acquire multi-time Pro Bowler Joel Bitonio. The move would be made as insurance for the loss of Ben Powers, who is supposed to be back at some point this season after suffering a biceps injury, but the Broncos may not be patience enough to wait for that.

Adding a guy like Bitonio, one of the best all-around guards in the league, would be a huge move for the team.

Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed, WRs, New Orleans Saints

The Saints figure to be one the top sellers on this year's market and Chris Olave, a former first-round pick, is the top name on the list of possibilities. Another wide receiver on the Saints' roster, Rashid Shaheed, could be considered as well as he is one of the top deep-ball receivers in the league.

Neither of these players would be the "big splash" at wide receiver that many are hoping for, though Olave does have the talent, but they are among the more realistic options the team will have to choose from.
