Broncos vs. Bengals Series History: Teams will meet for fourth time on 'MNF' image

The Denver Broncos (1-2) will face the Cincinnati Bengals (2-1) in a battle of reeling teams this Monday night. The Broncos have lost two games in a row on walk-off field goals and the Bengals, despite coming off their first loss of the season, lost that game by 38 points.

Each of these teams will be looking to get their season back on the right track while knowing that a loss could send them into a further freefall. It will be an important game for that reason and it will mark the 35th game between these two teams in their history.

The Broncos lead the all-time series 22-12, but the Bengals have won the last two meetings, including a 30-24 overtime win last December that hurt the Broncos' playoff chances. In the end, the Broncos made the playoffs after beating the Kansas City Chiefs in the season finale when they rested all of their starters and the Bengals ended up missing the playoffs.

The Bengals have won just four games in Denver in their 17 trips to the Mile High City, but they have taken the last two there. This game will be in Denver and it will be on Monday Night Football. The teams have played on Monday night three times before.
