The Denver Broncos are doing their best to quiet their critics. That, or they're just not listening to them.

Though the Broncos are 12-2 and have the best win-loss record in the NFL, the focus is still going to be on teams like the Buffalo Bills and Baltimore Ravens, teams that have been toward the top recently. Then there's the Houston Texans and New England Patriots, both of whom seem to be getting more credit than the Broncos.

The Broncos are looked at as the team that had to rally to beat the Giants and the team that barely beat the Jets in London and the Raiders in an ugly game on Thursday Night Football. But wins are wins, and the Broncos are stacking them. They have now won 11 games in a row, and though the critics will point to those ugly and "lucky" wins, they won't talk about the team that went into Philadelphia and knocked off the defending champs or the team that beat the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.

Starting left tackle Garett Bolles is having none of the talk of the team being underdogs. When asked about it after the game, he had this to say, after jokingly asking the media, "Were we underdogs?"

"Pretty soon, the media, the news, whatever, maybe they start respecting us eventually, but you know what, the only people we respect are the people in this building, the love that we have for our city, the fans, this organization, our owners... Man we're just full of dogs. George Paton and what he's done is a credit to this team, with SP (Sean Payton), and just the love we have for one another man, we believe in each other. If no one else believes in us, it's all good man, we believe in each other".

It may have seemed like the Broncos being overlooked and being underdogs was something that was a bit drummed up by Broncos Country, but there's no doubt that it is beginning to take on a life of its own. The Broncos may be using it as a driving force, as it was a bit peculiar that the oddsmakers made the Packers favorites over a team that hasn't lost at home in over a year.

The Broncos continue to defy the odds placed against them and their quarterback, Bo Nix, this season. While the national media wants to focus on Drake Maye being an MVP candidate, Josh Allen still being the most dangerous player to go against and Patrick Mahomes not being in the playoffs for the first time ever, the Broncos continue to fly under the radar, quietly building the best team in the NFL.
