Another week, another monster performance from Dallas Cowboys wide receiver George Pickens.
Pickens played a huge role in the Cowboys' thrilling 24-21 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.
The Cowboys wideout finished the game with team-highs in catches (nine), receiving yards (146) and he scored one touchdown.
Pickens also came up huge on the Cowboys' final drive of the game, as his 24-yard receptions set up kicker Brandon Aubrey's game-winning field goal.
With his performance on Sunday, Pickens has now totaled 100 yards or more in a game four times this season.
Has George Pickens surpassed CeeDee Lamb?
While Pickens was dominating the Eagles, CeeDee Lamb struggled to hold on to the football.
He totaled three drops against Philly on Sunday and has now dropped seven passes in total in two games versus the Eagles this season. He finished the game on Sunday with four catches for 75 scoreless yards.
At this point, Pickens has become the team's most reliable wide receiver. Unlike Lamb, he's holding on to the football when it's thrown his way and continues to come up with countless clutch plays.
Pickens entered Week 12 as the team's leading receiver and that margin has only grown. Granted, Lamb missed three games, but Pickens would likely still be in front of his teammate even if Lamb had played in all 11 contests this season.
At this rate, Pickens is playing his way into a monster contract in 2026, and that contract could very well come from the Cowboys, even with the team paying CeeDee a boatload of money.
