It was a chance, though, for rookies like Donovan Ezeiruaku to make a positive last impression on their first campaign in the NFL.
Ezeiruaku did the opposite, though.
In a post-play skirmish against the New York Giants, Ezeiruaku ripped a helmet off an opponent.
He was ejected.

But this wasn't how he'd want to end things.
