The Dallas Cowboys will officially open their season against the Philadelphia Eagles on Thursday Night Football in the NFL's season opener. The reigning Super Bowl Champions will go into the game as favorites, but Micah Parsons does not seem to care.
Parsons posted a picture outlining the matchup on his Instagram story, accompanied by a four-word message.
"Yeah yeah let's ball," wrote Parsons.
The Cowboys have opened as underdogs on betting markets. However, with a new head coach, Brian Schottenheimer, and a healthy roster, they could upset the Eagles. The Eagles have lost key players this offseason and also lost Kellen Moore to the New Orleans Saints. Parsons seems like he's already tired of all the talk about the game and would rather be playing.
Parsons has one big hurdle to clear before the season starts. He is looking for an extension, but no deal has been reached yet. His next deal could make him the highest-paid defensive player in history. He is a four-time Pro Bowler and two-time All-Pro already. The Cowboys have shown they can get this type of extension done, so there is little doubt about Parsons having a new deal by the time the season starts.

Parsons is a Pennsylvania native and attended college at Penn State University. However, his allegiance is now to the Cowboys and will be a key player in the Cowboys' quest to dethrone the Eagles in the NFC East. The rest of the Cowboys' schedule will officially be released on May 14.
