The Dallas Cowboys will honor Marshawn Kneeland by wearing special T-shirts before their Week 11 game against the Las Vegas Raiders and before the Week 12 contest against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Kneeland tragically died earlier this month from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to the Frisco Police Department. He was just 24 years old.
"It is with extreme sadness that the Dallas Cowboys share that Marshawn Kneeland tragically passed away this morning," the Cowboys said in a statement. "Marshawn was a beloved teammate and member of our organization. Our thoughts and prayers regarding Marshawn are with his girlfriend Catalina and his family."
Ahead of what will be their first game since his passing, one way the Cowboys will honor Kneeland is by wearing a T-shirt before the Monday night kickoff with the Raiders.
Dallas will also wear the shirts before their Week 12 game against the Eagles, which will be Dallas' first home game since Kneeland's death.

Dallas and Las Vegas will kick off from Allegiant Stadium on Monday night at 8:15 p.m. ET.
