Cowboys fans will love Dak Prescott's insane confidence ahead of Lions showdown image

The Dallas Cowboys are at Ford Field for Thursday Night Football against the Detroit Lions as Brian Schottenheimer's team looks to make it four wins in a row.

With the Lions up and down over the past month, along with having a beat-up offensive line and secondary, many are picking the Cowboys to win.

And after hearing Dak Prescott's latest comments, more might follow.

NFL Network's Jane Slater spoke with Prescott at Ford Field and asked him about what he remembers of the last time he played at Ford Field.

“That we lit them up. Lot of passing yards. About to do it again,” Prescott said.

For reference, Dak was last at Ford Field back in 2019, and led Dallas to a 35-27 win, going 29 of 46 for 444 yards and three touchdowns, so yeah, it is easy to see why Dak is so confident.

Most have been so impressed with what the Cowboys have done in the last two weeks, beating the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs, but both were at home.

Now on the road, against a Lions team fighting for their life, this is where Dallas and Dak can get some serious credibility for 2025.

Walking into Ford Field and beating the Lions, to cap off a three-week window for the ages, would give the Cowboys some serious momentum for the rest of the season.

So, while Dallas is in good form, beating Detroit would solidify the thought that Schottenheimer's team can run the table and make the playoffs.

And Dak's prediction might come true.
