The Cleveland Browns put an end to one of the most talked-about slides in NFL Draft history by taking Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders in the fifth round of the 2025 NFL Draft. Sanders chose to wear No. 12 in Cleveland, and took the field for the first time at rookie minicamp on Friday with the rest of his new teammates.
Here, you can see Sanders making his first pass attempt in Browns colors during team drills.

Sanders will continue to be one of the most talked-about players in the league, and will certainly have all eyes on him during mandatory minicamp, training camp, and preseason play this summer. He'll be competing with the likes of Joe Flacco, Kenny Pickett, and fellow 2025 draft selection Dillon Gabriel for respective spots on the depth chart.
