Quinshon Judkins injury update: Browns RB returns in fourth quarter of Shedeur Sanders' first start image

The Cleveland Browns were without star rookie running back Quinshon Judkins for part of Shedeur Sanders' debut against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 12.

The running back had two touchdowns earlier in the game, both on wildcat packages in the redzone. In the third quarter, Judkins was hit and stayed down on the ground. He initially went to the sideline, tried to come back in, and was sent off again by the referees.

The fact that he tried to return, and Judkins was sent back to the medical tent by the officials, suggests that the rookie running back is getting looked at for a possible concussion.

Here is the latest update on Judkins as the Browns take on the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 12.

Quinshon Judkins injury update in Week 12 vs. Raiders

After missing the remainder of the drive during which he suffered the injury, Judkins returned to the game. In his absence, Sanders found backup running back Dylan Sampson for a 66-yard touchdown, the first of Sanders' career.

Judkins' injury came on a run up the middle. He was trying to break tackles, but was eventually taken down, and he hit his head on the ground hard. Judkins is questionable to return.
